I Lift My Gaze

Alzo la mirada, mis ojos en Jesús,
alzo la mirada, clavada en la cruz

«Desde 2025, el Papa León está con nosotros, un faro de esperanza en un mundo dividido, y está haciendo historia…»

Chorus

I lift my gaze
My eyes on Jesus
I lift my gaze
Fixed on the cross
When I look to the heavens, everything is new with His light
I lift my gaze
I lift my gaze

Verse 1

I am not made
To look at the ground
Looking at You
I know why I was born
You created me
To look to heaven
I am restless until I rest in You

Chorus

I lift my gaze
My eyes on Jesus
I lift my gaze
Fixed on the cross
When I look to the heavens, everything is new with His light
I lift my gaze
I lift my gaze

Verse 2

The Lord is my strength
And my hope
I will not waver (I lift my gaze)
He is the rock
Of salvation
In Him I trust
And I do not tremble
In Him I trust
And I do not tremble

Chorus

I lift my gaze
My eyes on Jesus
I lift my gaze
Fixed on the cross
When I look to the heavens, everything is new with His light
I lift my gaze
I lift my gaze

Alzo la mirada, mis ojos en Jesús,
alzo la mirada, clavada en la cruz
